This is a genre I read often to relax, unwind, and escape from work-related reading. I'm familiar with the genre and some of its prominent authors. Jason's journey is a refreshing selection I can now add to my library. It moves quickly and has a couple of good twists. This is a welcome departure from some of the texts in the field. The character development is enough to get to know and enjoy the characters but not so much that it wastes time. The writing is quick and flows well. The way the characters alternate talking about each other is a unique turn on dialogue. I highly recommend this book.Product details

Two-dimensional characters, a wandering plot and clichéd dialogue. I hung in there for the entire book, hoping it would get better. Time I will never get back.
Starting reading yesterday and was drawn into it immediately. You can totally visualize and get enveloped the characters . Love it!!!!!

This is the first novel from Wes Randal. It is a really nice blend of romance and erotica. The characters are interesting and well-drawn. The story is very romantic and love most definitely wins in this novel.
Interesting uplifting gay love story – actually 2 loves stories. Very likable protagonist with a dark side, nonetheless. Good escapist read. Would like to have seen more engaging description of the character’s surroundings – home, school, town, etc.
